I think my payment was still not updated in their system that’s why it kept saying that it was an invalid transaction number. Maybe, you need to wait an hour after your payment to call their hotline to request for reconnection. After paying the bill, we called the PLDT Hotline 171 to request for reconnection. It took us an hour to finally have our internet connection back.

To request a copy of your PLDT bill to be sent via email, type BILL area code+telephone number 10-digit account number. You can view your current bill and your past billing statement in the last 12 months through your myHome Account. If you don’t have a myHome Account, create one today and manage your account at your own convenience. Create a myHome account now. Or try to talk to a PLDT customer service representative so that they can manually update your payment and reconnect your internet service.
The minimum amount per transaction is ₱200. As soon as your bill is available online, an SMS notification containing your bill summary will also be sent to you. To avoid missing the bill notifications, it is important to keep the contact information updated through myPLDT Smart app. Key in your mobile number to receive your receipt and wait for your printed copy. An eStatement is the electronic copy of your monthly billing statement directly sent to your enrolled email address. You will receive a monthly bill summary with a secure link to your eStatement in lieu of paper bills. It will be available for download in PDF , so ensure that your device has a PDF reader.
Log in to securitybankonline.securitybank.com.ph Under the Payment & Transfers tab, select Pay Bills. Choose PLDT from the Biller drop-down list then enter your 10-digit PLDT account number. Enter your payment amount. Select the Security Bank account you will use for the transaction. Select your payment schedule.
For some reason, their system won’t accept the transaction number during the first 4 attempts. Actually, we received a call from PLDT on Feb. 27 reminding us that our account was due for disconnection and that we needed to settle our bill asap. Log in to BPI Online at online.bpi.com.ph or in the BPI Mobile app. Choose bills from the homepage then select Telecoms and tap PLDT Home. You can also view your eStatement via the myPLDT Smart app.
Click "Confirm" to complete the transaction. Log in to BPI Online at online.bpi.com.ph or the BPI Mobile app. Click Payments/Load then click Pay Bills.

If your account number has started with zero already don’t add zero, okay just put all the account numbers as your password. Manage the 2.4Ghz network first, go to “Advanced”tab.Enter your new WiFi name in the“SSID Name”field, and enter your new password in the“Passphrase”field. Once logged in, you will see the PLDT Home Fibr admin dashboard.To change your wifi name and password, just go to “Network”. In my case, it took me 5 times to do the same process before it finally got reconnected.
